Delivery time:

After receiving your order and payment, we will also send you an order confirmation with delivery time. We make the artwork, carefully pack it, and send it to you within the shortest possible time.

The usual delivery time is 2-3 weeks. 

 

Certification:

All artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity.

All Blaise Carver artwork is limited edition only.

 

Cost of delivery:

The price of artwork contains the packing and delivery as well.

Damages:

We use the best quality materials during production and packing, so the chance of damaging the artwork during delivery is minimalised. In spite of this, we kindly ask you that upon receiving it, check the packing for any visible damages. In case you find any, please take photos of the damaged part of the packing and only open the box once the damage had been recorded properly. If the artwork is also damaged, please take pictures of that damage as well and send us all the pictures. We will make sure to deliver a new artwork to you as soon as possible. Receiving the new artwork is costless to you, but first you have to send us back the damaged artwork in its original packing. The cost of sending back the damaged artwork is paid by us. We also pay for delivering the new artwork to you.
